Origins & Character

A resort shaped by botanical rooms and salon culture

The concept for Juniper Parlor began with the atmosphere of old European salons and private conservatories. These were places designed for conversation, music, reading and observation rather than simple circulation. The resort translates that spirit into a contemporary hospitality environment.

The entrance opens into the Green Parlor, a carefully divided space using smoked oak, pale stone, brass and living planting to create smaller zones. From there, guests can reach the casino, dining rooms, theatre, wellness level and guest lifts without crossing unnecessary congestion.

The casino floor is divided into districts using ceiling form, floor pattern, furniture and lighting rather than barriers. This makes it easier to identify social tables, quieter electronic gaming, premium areas and service points on a first visit.

The botanical references are contemporary rather than decorative. Fine lines suggest leaves, screens and glasshouse structures, while materials remain polished: dark timber, stone, brushed metal, woven textiles and ribbed glass.

Casino Floor

Classic games, clear limits and a composed salon atmosphere

The main floor offers European roulette, blackjack, baccarat and selected poker-style games. Blackjack minimums typically begin at €10 during quieter periods, with €15 and €25 levels more common during busy evenings.

Approximately 415 gaming positions include classic reels, video slots, multi-denomination games and electronic roulette terminals. Machines are arranged in curved groups with comfortable spacing and clear circulation.

The Juniper Salon is an invitation-led private area with four table games, dedicated hosting and a compact dining menu. Access depends on capacity, identification checks and hosting policies.

Selected afternoons may include introductory demonstrations using non-cash chips. These explain etiquette, probabilities and house advantage rather than promising systems.

Dining

Restaurants inspired by herbs, gardens and evening conversation

Juniper Table is the formal restaurant, centred on modern European cooking, precise herbs and restrained presentation. A typical menu might include cured trout, roasted celeriac, duck with juniper jus and a citrus dessert.

Parlor Grill offers a more relaxed menu with polished service. The kitchen may serve steak tartare, grilled vegetables, roast chicken, lamb cutlets and a rib steak for two.

Garden Room serves breakfast through late evening. Morning service includes bakery, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and coffee. Later, the menu shifts to salads, pasta, grilled fish, sandwiches and a substantial burger.

Glasshouse Bar overlooks the central parlor and specialises in cocktails, alcohol-free aperitifs and small plates. The signature Green Hour combines gin, herbs and citrus.

The programme may include touring bands, vocal performances, contemporary dance, comedy and short-run productions. Weekend evenings tend to carry the largest shows.

Doors generally open forty-five minutes before showtime. Age guidance, recording rules, running times and accessibility information are confirmed for each event.

The adjoining Juniper Room hosts smaller acoustic sets, spoken-word performances and late-night sessions before and after the main show.

Wellness

A calmer botanical rhythm away from the public floors

The Conservatory Spa uses warm stone, natural textures and green-toned lighting to create a restorative environment. Treatments may include massage, facial therapies and shorter recovery sessions.

The garden court is designed for reading, conversation and rest rather than loud poolside activity. Loungers are allocated according to capacity.

Selected mornings may include guided stretching or low-impact mobility sessions. These are optional and are not a substitute for individual medical advice.
